Returns and Exchanges

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY:

 BUT WE CAN DO EXCHANGES!•

• For Online Purchases:

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it to us. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange.  Exchanges must be postmarked within the 7 days of receiving the product. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange

(ALL EXCHANGED ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW and UNUSED CONDITION NO EXCEPTIONS!!)

 Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused , undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

to obtain a return/exchange.

Please note, You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly suggest that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After we receive your exchange, it will go through an inspection and approval process. Once approved you'll receive an email conformation. After item is approved please allow 7-days from the approval conformation of your item to process your exchange. We will then notify you once more that your exchange has been processed and will be shipped out within 2-3 business days.
