Purchaser (“You”) agree to use all purchased products safely, according to all directions and warnings provided by Ahnyx II Ashes Candle Co., and according to any and all specifications and directions of manufacturer.

Ahnyx II Ashes Candle Co. sells its merchandise only to individuals who can legally purchase and own such items in the particular jurisdiction where they reside. By ordering and purchasing merchandise from Ahnyx II Ashes Candle Co., you represent that you are of legal age to purchase this

merchandise and that this merchandise can be purchased and owned by you in your state, county, and/or city of residence.

Customized Orders

All customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are created specifically based on the client’s design, specifications, or requests.

This includes but is not limited to: custom fragrances, labeling, packaging, vessel choices, inscriptions, or any other modifications outside of standard products.

Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the unique nature of customized orders, all sales are final.

Customized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

No exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will be issued after order confirmation and approval.

Order Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs, specifications, and details prior to production.

Once approved, the company is not liable for errors, omissions, or changes requested after the order has entered production.

FURTHERMORE, BY PURCHASING AND USING THIS PRODUCT, YOU SHALL AND DO HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD AHNYX II ASHES CANDLE CO. FREE AND HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THEIR PROPERTY, AND FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE APPLICATION OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT. FURTHERMORE, AHNYX II ASHES CANDLE CO. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS OR RELATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH CANDLE BURNING.
